Chanakya was founded in 2000 in Mumbai with a clear focus: to supply the sign-making and visual communications industry with the specialised adhesive tapes and materials that professionals need to do their best work.

Over 25 years we have built deep expertise across the full range of sign materials — from double-sided polyester tapes and VHB foam tapes to vinyl films, masking tapes, aviation decals, and stickers. We work with clients who need technical guidance as much as they need the product.
